Barbecue Sauce from Hog Wild Specialities

30 mL / 2 tbsp  brown sugar or honey
2 mL / ½ tsp  dry mustard
250 mL / 1 cup ketchup
185 mL / ¾ cup water
30 mL / 2 tbsp vinegar
1 garlic clove, crushed

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
