Good cows and great show quality calves
Maine-Anjou/Angus cows bred to Maine-Anjou or Angus bulls make for good gaining, well structured and defined livestock. Steve and Connie Hodgetts can tell you that these animals are easily handled, good-natured, and the calves are coming off of good milking cows. Their solid colour of either deep red or black makes them pleasing to the eye.
